Bill Kolbrener - Mayor

For the past 35 years, Bill has been involved in the real estate industry. For the past 25 years, he has owned and operated his personal development, construction, management, and consulting companies. Bill’s hands-on approach and vast network of professionals enables him to get a job done quickly and at the most competitive pricing.

One of Bill’s proud accomplishments was being on the Board of Directors for a national blue-ribbon school of excellence, High Meadows in Roswell.  During his 10 years in this role, he served as the lead for the design, construction, and construction management of the first LEED Gold certified multipurpose building in Fulton County. This was an incredible task balancing the needs and desires of the school, environmental issues and the strict guidelines set forth to obtain the gold standard of excellence.

Bill has served as president of two HOAs in the Roswell area. During this time, he was responsible for budgeting, fees, and contract negotiations on behalf of more than 200 homeowners.

Bill has been a citizen of Mountain Park since 2018 and can often be seen driving on the roads of the community. Wave at him and chances are he will stop and ask what he can do to help.
